It is a pleasure to welcome you to the website of Alpha Xi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, the first Greek letter organization for African American college women.  As you explore our website you will discover that Alpha Xi Omega chapter has a history and reputation that exemplifies the perpetual purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha, “to be supreme in service to all mankind”.  The chapter was chartered nearly eighty-seven years ago and continues to uphold the vision of its Founders.

Our chapter members are some of the most influential women in the country representing diverse backgrounds and professions that are the reason for chapter’s long history, exemplary reputation; positive influence and impact on the Dallas community.

As you peruse the website you will find information about the chapter’s history, current events/activities, scholarship opportunities and execution of the 2014-2018 International Program, “Launching New Dimensions of Service” and the program’s five targets that include Educational Enrichment, Health Promotions, Family Strengthening, Environmental Ownership and Global Impact.  This international program includes Community Impact Days and organizational partnerships that will improve the social, economic, educational, physical, emotional, mental health of mankind spanning the globe.  The signature program, ASCEND™ is designed to transform the lives of high school young men and women.
